PTC Physiotherapy
Penelope Cassis
From her earliest clinical placements, Penelope knew she wanted to be more than a practitioner. She wanted to be someone who walks alongside people through their rehab journey. With a genuine heart for helping others regain confidence in their movement, she brings warmth, patience, and purpose to every session.
Penelope completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University with a particular interest in osteoarthritis and geriatric care. She’s passionate about helping older adults navigate the challenges of ageing, including falls risk assessment and prevention, managing functional decline, reduced mobility, and activity limitations that often accompany degenerative joint changes. Whether it’s addressing frailty and deconditioning or building a tailored plan to restore independence, Penelope is committed to meeting her patients where they are and helping them move forward.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Penelope catching up with friends, getting creative with crafting projects, and serving at her local church. She also enjoys staying active through casual martial arts, gym sessions, and her latest hobby – mini trampolining.
