Our professional recommendations are formulated based on the information provided by you, an objective and thorough examination conducted by our expert physiotherapist, as well as the specific goals jointly established by you and your designated physiotherapy practitioner. It is important that you understand and follow our advice to avoid making your condition worse. There are many factors that can affect how well your treatment works.

T&C for PTC Physiotherapy
These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations for both you and the clinic to ensure a productive and respectful treatment experience.
1. Appointments
- Scheduling: Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your initial appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Please refer to the PTC Physiotherapy Cancellation & Non-Attendance Terms below for full details.
- Late Arrivals: We strive to see all patients on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
2. Patient Conduct
- Respectful Environment: We maintain a professional and respectful environment for both patients and staff. Abusive or threatening behaviour towards any staff member will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
- Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes inappropriate comments, gestures, or advances. Violations may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
3. Treatment
- Informed Consent: You will be provided with a detailed explanation of your diagnosis, treatment plan, and potential risks and benefits of treatment before commencing any physiotherapy services. Your signature on the consent form signifies your understanding and agreement.
- Participation: Active participation in your treatment plan is essential for optimal results. This includes following your physiotherapist’s instructions for exercises and home care routines.
- Communication: We encourage open communication throughout your treatment. Please discuss any questions or concerns you may have with your physiotherapist.
4. Payment and Insurance
- Fees: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. An additional 5% fee applies to Amex transactions. Please inquire about current pricing for initial assessments and follow-up appointments.
- Insurance: We are happy to bill your insurance company directly where applicable if you provide us with your insurance information. Please be aware that you are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
5. Privacy
- Patient Information: We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.
6. Social Media Consent
- Sharing of Images and Testimonials: We may occasionally share patient success stories and testimonials on our website and social media platforms. We will never share information that could identify you personally without your explicit consent. If you do not want your image or story used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
7. Disclaimer
- Results: Physiotherapy aims to improve your condition, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The success of your treatment depends on a variety of factors, including your adherence to the treatment plan and the severity of your condition.
PTC Physiotherapy Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
To receive the PTC Physiotherapy Guarantee, the following applies:
1.1 A claim must be lodged before your next service or consultation, or up to a maximum of seven days after the service has been delivered.
1.2 Any refund must be made in the same manner with which you paid for the service.
1.3 Free services offered under the guarantee cannot be redeemed for cash or products and are not transferable or saleable.
1.4 Free services can only be redeemed at the practice at which the guarantee was provided.
1.5 The free service must be of the same value as the original service provided to you and must be provided within seven days of the original service, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed between all parties.
PTC Physiotherapy Cancellation & Non-Attendance Terms
Effective Date: 26 August 2026
By making and confirming an appointment with PTC Physiotherapy, you agree to the following Cancellation and Non-Attendance Terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.
2. Late Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
This fee applies because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and may not be able to be offered to another patient at short notice.
3. Non-Attendance / No-Show
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, a non-attendance (no-show) fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.
An appointment is considered a non-attendance when the patient does not attend the appointment at the scheduled time and has not cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with this policy.
4. Automatic Payment
When booking through HaltH, your payment details may be securely saved to your HaltH account.
By confirming your appointment, you authorise PTC Physiotherapy to charge your stored payment method for any applicable cancellation or non-attendance fee in accordance with these Terms.
Where a cancellation or non-attendance fee applies, the applicable fee may be automatically charged through HaltH to the payment method stored on your account. You do not need to provide your payment details again for this charge.
HaltH’s Terms of Service also provide that patients authorise the Health Provider to charge their stored payment method for appointment, cancellation and no-show fees.
5. Agreement at the Time of Booking
Before confirming an appointment through HaltH, patients are shown PTC Physiotherapy’s Booking Terms and are required to agree to PTC Physiotherapy’s cancellation policy, as well as HaltH’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that:
you have read and agreed to PTC Physiotherapy’s Cancellation and Non-Attendance Terms;
you understand that a 50% fee may apply for cancellations made within 24 hours or for non-attendance;
you authorise the applicable fee to be charged to your stored payment method where the policy applies; and
you understand that the payment may be processed automatically through HaltH.
6. Genuine or Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.
If you are unable to attend or need to cancel within 24 hours due to exceptional circumstances, please contact PTC Physiotherapy as soon as possible.
PTC Physiotherapy may, at its discretion, review the circumstances and determine whether the applicable fee should be waived or adjusted. Any decision to waive or refund a fee is at the discretion of PTC Physiotherapy and does not create an obligation to waive fees in future circumstances.
7. Payment and Refunds
Where an applicable cancellation or non-attendance fee has been charged, any request for a refund or adjustment will be considered in accordance with PTC Physiotherapy’s policies.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
HaltH’s Terms of Service provide that refunds are subject to the Health Provider’s refund policy.
8. HaltH Terms and Privacy Policy
Appointments booked through HaltH are also subject to HaltH’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

HaltH’s Terms confirm that patients are responsible for attending their appointments or cancelling within the applicable Health Provider’s cancellation policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
PTC Physiotherapy may update these Cancellation and Non-Attendance Terms from time to time. The applicable terms will be made available to patients through our booking process or website.

Terms & Conditions – Expression of Interest for
Sports Testing and Injury Screenings
By submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) form, you agree to the following terms:
1. Expression of Interest Only
Completing this form does not guarantee participation. This is an expression of interest only. Final selection will be based on availability and alignment with program goals.
2. Minimum Numbers & Club Merging
This initiative requires a minimum number of athletes per club to run effectively.
If your club does not meet the required numbers, we may contact you to explore merging your athletes with another club to form a combined testing group. We may also suggest alternative dates or locations to facilitate participation.
3. Use of Contact Information
By submitting this form, you consent to us using your contact details to:
Coordinate and communicate about potential merged club testing events.
Share updates, scheduling changes, and logistical information.
Send promotional or marketing materials related to our services, including physiotherapy, sports massage, and performance programs.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. Eligibility & Limitations
This free testing initiative is strictly limited to 5 clubs and 200 athletes total.
Once all available spots are filled, we will close off further participation.
5. Inclusions of Free Testing
Participating athletes will receive:

Injury Risk Screening
Custom Player Performance Reports
Injury Prevention Plan for Coaches
6. $50 Voucher Terms
Each participating athlete will receive one (1) $50 voucher following completion of their testing session.
The voucher:
is redeemable for physiotherapy or sports massage services at PTC Physiotherapy Physio Clinic;
is valid for 60 days from the date of issue;
is non-transferable;
is non-refundable;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts;
is limited to one voucher per appointment;
is subject to booking availability; and
must be presented physically or digitally at the time of the appointment to redeem the discount.
7. Data Privacy
All collected data will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and will only be used for the purposes stated above.
Individual performance data will be shared with the athlete and/or coach as part of the program.
Revisions
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website or providing you with a copy.
