Are you reading this for yourself?
Or perhaps, you are here for someone you love?
Watching someone you care about struggle to get around the way they used to? Seeing them in pain and not quite knowing what to do? Maybe they seem okay on the surface, but something doesn’t sit right with you.
You can book the free call on their behalf, or come along with them. We’ll talk you both through what recovery should look like, what to keep an eye on, and how you can actually help. You don’t need to know the right questions to ask – we’ll cover it.
Does any of this sound familiar?
For patients considering surgery
Not sure whether surgery is the right path for you?
If you are still figuring out if surgery is even what you want – whether to go ahead, hold off, or try a different route first – you don’t have to work it out on your own.
You have options, including conservative management: growing in understanding your condition, building your strength, improving how you move, and getting on top of the pain, so that whatever you decide, you’re deciding from a much better place. Some patients go through this process and find surgery still makes sense for them. Others find the improvements are enough that they want to hold off for some time, or even not go ahead with surgery at all. This will depend on you and your condition. Either way, starting now puts you ahead of where you’d otherwise be.

How we do things at PTC
We start with a proper assessment
First, we need to actually understand what’s going on with you. We look at your strength, how you’re moving, your range of motion, and what your surgery involves. From there we put together a plan that’s built around you specifically, not a generic program off a shelf.
You follow a structured 10-session programme
The Reach Your Peak Plan is 10 sessions built specifically for post-op patients. Each session builds on the last, we track how you’re progressing, and we adjust things if we need to. The cost is $1,062 for the full program, that’s 10 properly guided sessions with someone tracking your progress the whole way through.
We assess that you’re actually ready
We use objective testing to get a real read on whether your body is actually ready to go back to the things you want to do. Feeling good and being ready aren’t always the same thing, we want you to know the difference before you find out the hard way.
Not sure of the right step forward? Let’s talk.
Everyone’s situation is different. We’d rather have a conversation with you first than ask you to sign up for something before you know if it’s right.
That’s why we offer a free 15-minute call with one of our physios. By the end of it you’ll have a clearer picture of:
- Where you’re at right now in your recovery or before your operation
- What you should actually be doing next
- Whether the Reach Your Peak Plan makes sense for you

About PTC Physiotherapy
We’re based in Lidcombe, Sydney. Our AHPRA-registered physios work with people recovering from ACL, rotator cuff, hip, and knee surgeries, taking them through structured, evidence-based programmes to get their strength, movement, and confidence back.
Getting people back to doing what they love is genuinely what drives us. Recovery shouldn’t feel like wandering in the dark with no one telling you if you’re on track, so we’ve built everything around making sure it doesn’t.
We’re easy to get to from Auburn, Strathfield, Parramatta, Bankstown, and Granville.
