FAQs
Can we refer just one employee?
Yes. You can arrange care for one worker without setting up an ongoing workplace program. Tell us what has happened and we’ll discuss a suitable appointment.
Does the worker need an accepted claim?
No. This employer funded service can start before a workers compensation claim is in place. We agree on payment with you in advance. If the worker already has a claim, we’ll discuss the appropriate booking and funding arrangements.
What information will the employer receive?
We agree on communication before treatment begins. With the worker’s consent, updates can cover progress, physical work capacity and recommendations about duties. We do not share a worker’s full clinical record as a routine employer update.
How much does it cost?
We quote for the service you need. Let us know the number of workers, the workplace location and whether you need clinic appointments or an onsite visit. We’ll confirm costs before you proceed.
